Who We Are

Strenthening Community, One Relationship at a time

Founded in 2024, HHCC (同心社) began as a grassroots effort to uplift Chinese seniors, families, and youth across the Puget Sound. Rooted in Chinese values of compassion and mutual support, we grew through volunteer leadership and the shared wisdom of our elders.

Today, HHCC is an independent 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, dedicated to serving both Chinese communities and our neighbors with dignity, connection, and collective care.
