Who We Are
Strenthening Community, One Relationship at a time
Founded in 2024, HHCC began as a grassroots effort to uplift Chinese seniors, familiaes, and youth across the Puget Sound. Rooted in Chinese Values of compassion and mutual support, we grew through volunteer leadership and the shared wisdom of our elders. By August 2025, HHCC bacame an independent 501 (c) (3) , dedicated to serving both Chinese communities and ll neighbors with dignity, connection, and colllective care.
